360 Riot Walk has attempted to provide digital accessibility for people with disabilities by creating Keyboard Shortcuts so that the 360 tour can be navigated without the use of a mouse or trackpad.

For those with hearing impairment, we have included transcripts of the audio in each of the four languages offered for the 360 tour and instructional video. Unfortunately, the tour Is not optimized with text alternatives or visual descriptions because we are unable to conform to accessibility standards with the VR tools we are using. However, for the 7 minute video excerpt, we were able to include closed captioning for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors – visit this page and ensure you enable the captions.

Please note: the tour is not designed for use with headsets such as Oculus or Google Cardboard.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. 360 Riot Walk is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA, meaning that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
