Limitations and alternatives

Known limitations for 360 Riot Walk:

  1. 360 Virtual Tour is inaccessible: The tour Is not optimized with text alternatives or visual descriptions because we are unable to conform to accessibility standards with the VR tools we are using. We hope to address this in future iterations. We are investigating transcripts, and Key Mapping (for visually/physically impaired) – with written instructions on which keys do what.
  2. The tour is not designed for use with headsets such as Oculus or Google Cardboard.
  3. For a 7-min abridged walk through of the tour for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors, visit this page and ensure you enable the captions.
